The Soul Food Express concept has a documented operational proof of concept predating the patent filing by more than five years. In July 2021, the Nimbin GoodTimes documented the original Soul Food Express operation — meals prepared to a nutritional brief, packaged, and delivered fresh to a point-of-access retail outlet.
